ComplianceBridge staff has extensive experience in information technology, corporate security, corporate law, and management. They are auditors, security professionals, project managers, and corporate lawyers who understand your compliance challenges.

Bill Harrison, CEO
Mr. Harrison directs ComplianceBridge's business strategy, oversees strategic marketing and product development initiatives, and consults with clients. Previously, he held executive and management positions at Tandem Computers, Compaq Computers, Blue Pumpkin Software and Pro3 Security where, over the course of 25 years, he provided leadership in the Information Technology and Compliant Information Systems sector, including software engineering and development, customer support, professional services and sales engineering.

Mr. Harrison holds degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from UCLA and is a Certified IS Auditor.

Gary Welland, VP Support & Services, Chief Architect
Mr. Welland oversees Development, Quality Assurance, support and professional services for ComplianceBridge flagship products – ComplianceBridge TotalCompliance and IT Governance Suite. Mr. Welland's over 25 years of managerial and technical experience assist him in driving the strategy and vision surrounding the ComplianceBridge support and services efforts.

Prior to coming to ComplianceBridge, Mr. Welland managed the professional services organization at Accrue Software Inc., a web analytics software company. He also spent 14 years at Tandem Computers in various technical and management positions.

After completing his studies in Mechanical Engineering at UCLA, Mr. Welland achieved numerous educational and professional certifications including a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA, certification from the Project Management Institute, Program and Project Management, Web and Internet Systems Engineering, and Multimedia Engineering certifications.

Sam Laub, VP Administration & General Counsel
Before joining ComplianceBridge, Mr. Laub was Vice President, International Business Development, for Vykor, Inc., the leading provider of Manufacturing Intelligence Software™ solutions. Prior to Vykor, Mr. Laub served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Agile Software Corporation, where he was responsible for all legal matters, established Agile’s international locations and managed human resources, software operations and facilities.

Previously, Mr. Laub was International General Counsel for Silicon Graphics, Inc. (SGI), and resided for 8 years in Geneva, Switzerland doing business in 65 countries, establishing the international locations for SGI. Mr. Laub also served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Dysan Corporation and as Department General Counsel for General Electric Company.

Mr. Laub received his JD degree from the University of Washington School of Law and his bachelor of metallurgical engineering degree with honors from Ohio State University.
